Our Commitment
Umengle is intended for adults aged 18 and older. Users under 18 are not permitted to use the service.
We publish these standards so users, parents, safety reviewers, Google Play reviewers, and appropriate safety organizations can understand what is prohibited and how child safety concerns can be reported.
Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation
Umengle prohibits any content or behavior involving child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) or child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This includes creating, uploading, requesting, possessing through the service, transmitting, distributing, promoting, or facilitating CSAE or CSAM in any form.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on Umengle:
- Sexual grooming of minors.
- Sexual solicitation of minors.
- Sexualization of minors.
- Sextortion involving minors.
- Trafficking or commercial sexual exploitation of minors.
- Attempts to obtain sexual images, videos, or other sexual content from minors.
- Sharing, requesting, or encouraging sexual content involving minors.
- Predatory behavior directed toward minors.
- Any attempt to facilitate, normalize, promote, or coordinate CSAE or CSAM.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Users should immediately report suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, sexual solicitation involving minors, exploitation, threats involving intimate material, or suspicious predatory behavior.
The Umengle app includes reporting tools in video calls and conversations. Users can use these in-app tools to report another user or inappropriate behavior. Users can also remove a conversation; the current conversation removal flow records a block to help prevent further unwanted interaction.
For child safety concerns, users and reviewers can contact us directly at umingle@ravazone.com.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
CSAM is strictly prohibited on Umengle.

Where legally required, confirmed CSAM should be reported to the appropriate regional authority and/or legally designated child-safety reporting body.
